The Sterling HelpDesk is all about saving you money and saving us time. This can be summarized in two words, remote support. We have various means of supporting your technology without actually having to be onsite. A customer using our HelpDesk has immediate availability to our technicians using their direct telephone numbers. We also take advantage of free remote access software that will allow us to remote control our customers' computers so that we can see what you see.

Our customers find that subscribing to our HelpDesks both our time and their money. It also helps to greatly reduce downtime. We accomplish these things by simply not having to be onsite to solve your company's problems. At Sterling, we recognize the difference between onsite and remote support. While onsite, our time is more valuable than time spent remotely. Therefore we have decided that our rates should reflect that difference.
