Enable Windows God Mode

It gives you access to the common control panel apps that you are used to as well and many others. This can be a huge time saver if you are working on a PC and need to access things not available in the new settings app.Enabling this hidden feature is easy. It does require you are an admin on the computer. To start right click on the desktop and create a new folder.

When asked for the name, copy and paste this text. It must be exactly as shown to workGodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}Press enter to finish creating the folder. The icon should change from the folder to the classic control panel letting you know it worked.

Open the newly created folder/icon and you should see the list of items like below

As you can see there are over 200 utilities and shortcuts to various items you can choose from.And that’s it! You can pin the icon to the quick access or to the start menu as well to give quick access to the list.The Windows search works for the list as well, letting you narrow down what you are looking for.

If you no longer want the icon on your desktop, you simply delete it.
