This update will contain mostly fixes with only a couple additions. The most notable addition is changes to the Windows Hello. If you have an external camera and the built-in camera you can change the default to the external one. Some other features include improvements to performance in Windows Defender, WMI and the group policy service. This seems to be geared toward remote users. The last major feature is the legacy version of Edge will be removed and replaced with the new version (chromium based). Microsoft has been pushing people to go to the new version and this seems to be there way of forcing it. They will no longer support the legacy version.

Microsoft has said they will start releasing the update to users in the first half of this year. As in the past the deployment is usually staggered. If you are a member of the Windows insider program you can get it now while everyone else will have to wait. In the past you were able to run the media creation tool (https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10) and manually install the latest feature update. Over the coming weeks this will likely be possible as well as they gear up for the deployment. To see the full list of the fixes and improvements check out the official page here
