So, what happens if your Level 3 is tied up? We provide you with a dedicated secondary Level 3 Engineer. All of our clients have a primary and secondary level 3 engineer assigned to them. So, what is the difference between your traditional Help Desk Technician and a Level 3 Engineer? Typically help desk technicians are a level 1 and usually are new to IT. This is not a bad thing but it usually will take a level 1 technician 3 times longer to resolve a problem than a level 3 engineer. Your level 3 Engineer will have significant experience in the Dental IT industry. They will be able capable of solving complex server problems while still being able to assist you with the day-to-day issues.
